In 2022, Denis relocated from Victoria, BC to Saint John, NB, seeking new experiences on the opposite coast. It was there that stained glass found him. Denis enjoys creating innovative works that incorporate diverse textures, perspectives, and varying degrees of opacity within each panel. Favoring a spontaneous creative process over patterned methods, he frequently adapts his vision, allowing the outcome of each cut to influence the next. He typically presents his pieces box framed, enabling flexible display options—whether traditionally hung or simply placed on a windowsill or mantle.
