"Eastwood Pottery is a ceramic studio based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We hand make beautiful pieces of pottery for everyday use to help you slow down and savour the ordinary moments of life.
We have a rich family history in maritime coastal living. Our families have made their livelihoods on the ocean as fishermen and lighthouse keepers for generations. Our work celebrates the vibrant life of the hardworking people who live and work on the salt water.
We hope that as you use our pottery, you may be able to hear the faint sound of a foghorn and smell the salt air.
All of our glazes are food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe. We specialize in mid-range porcelain fired to 2200F in our electric kilns. All glazes are custom made on site."
